I hate to split hairs, but that is definitely Showbiz Pizza, Chuck E. Cheese's predecesor. How do I know? When I was growing up, I considered it the scariest place on earth. I went there for a friend's birthday party when I was three. When the curtian opened and the robotic animals started singing, I ran out of the restaurant screaming and hid in the ball pit. I had nightmares about Fats the Gorilla (on keys) for months.
1983 Chuck E. Cheese was purchased by Showbiz pizza, and both names were used until 1992 when all the restaurants were changed to CEC. It's basically the same company but some of the stores don't have pasqually or Jasper in their robotic shows.
